We were pleased to receive this feedback from someone we helped recently:-

I am just writing to express my thanks for the time that you spent with me today. It was an extremely impressive piece of communicating, for which I’m very grateful. The amendments that you have suggested I make to my system, appear to have all worked superbly and not only am I getting a speedier response, but I have lost no accuracy whatsoever.
